Kimberly enjoys speaking at schools and conferences. She has visited hundreds of schools in the United States and around the world, including Peru, Poland and Guam. She has several presentations suited for Kindergarten-12th grade. She also does writing workshops for third grade and up.
Many conferences and universities have booked her as a keynote or general session speaker. In addition to national and state library and reading conferences, some of the other places she has spoken include: Loyola University, University of Nevada, University of Texas, and University of New Orleans. Most recently, she delivered the first de Grummond Lecture at the Children's Book Festival held at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Kimberly is booked for the 2009/2010 school year.
